Faculty Development Journal Club: Leadership Development
For this AMEE FACDEV Journal Club session, we will discuss faculty leadership development approaches and strategies to facilitate institutional level growth and behavior change. The authors will share their experiences developing this program as well as the challenges and new learning opportunities with their program implementation that would help faculty /staff leadership developers at other institutions.

Speaker bios:
Ruth Chen, RN, PhD is an associate professor and assistant dean for the Program for Faculty Development in the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University.

Ellen Goldman, EdD, is a professor of human and organizational learning in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development (GSEHD). She co-led this program as associate dean for faculty and organizational development in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) at the George Washington University (GWU), Washington, DC.

Nisha Manikoth, EdD, is an assistant professor in organisational leadership, Director, Doctoral Program in Organisational Leadership, Hood College, Maryland, USA. 

Raymond Lucas, MD, is an associate professor of emergency medicine, School of Medicine and Health Sciences, George Washington University. He co-led this program as associate dean for continuing professional education.
