AMEE Associate Fellow Workshop No.3. This workshop will focus on AMEE conference roles. This virtual workshop provides opportunities for participants to interact with a group of international educational scholars and peers, ask questions, seek advice, exchange success stories and share their challenges in career advancement. Group moderators will create a safe space for discussion of common and context-specific challenges and strategies to systematically craft a career as impactful scholars.

Summary: 
In this third Associate Fellow workshop we will explore the theme of AMEE conference roles. The event is organised for you to receive support and advice from AMEE Fellows, share experiences and challenges in a safe and encouraging atmosphere and work together to find various pathways and forms in scholarship. 

Format and Interactivity:
Using large group brainstorming, topic overviews, breakout group discussions, this virtual workshop provides opportunities for participants to interact with a group of international educational scholars and peers, ask questions, seek advice, exchange success stories and share their challenges in career advancement. Group moderators will create a safe space for discussion of common and context-specific challenges and strategies to systematically craft a career as impactful scholars.

Target Audience:
This workshop is intended for Associate Fellows only.
